Workstream 01
Discovery & Architecture
Requirements workshops, tech stack selection, system design, and a detailed engineering plan before a single line of code is written. You know exactly what's being built and why.
CAPABILITIES
End-to-end product engineering with a structured handover model. We build your product from scratch, operate it in production under real conditions, then transfer complete ownership—code, infrastructure, knowledge—to your team with zero dependency on us.

Workstream 01
Requirements workshops, tech stack selection, system design, and a detailed engineering plan before a single line of code is written. You know exactly what's being built and why.
Workstream 02
Frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations—built to production standards from day one. Your codebase, your repo, reviewed weekly.
Workstream 03
CI/CD pipelines, cloud provisioning, container orchestration, monitoring, and alerting set up before go-live so you deploy with confidence from launch.
Workstream 04
Post-launch we run the system—SLA management, incident response, performance tuning, and feature iteration—giving your product a production track record before handoff.
Workstream 05
Runbooks, architecture docs, ADRs, onboarding guides, and live sessions with your engineers. We don't leave until your team can own every component independently.
Workstream 06
Optional 30–90 day support window after formal transfer. We're available for escalations and edge cases while your team builds confidence on the codebase.
01
8–16 weeks. We embed with your team. Sprints are two weeks. Demos every sprint. Code goes into your repo with PR reviews open to your engineers from day one. Architecture decisions are documented as ADRs so nothing lives only in our heads.
02
4–12 weeks. We run the system under real production load. We handle on-call rotations, incident management, and performance optimizations. Your engineers shadow us throughout—this is where the real knowledge transfer begins.
03
2–4 weeks. Formal handover: runbooks, dashboards, oncall rotations, all vendor accounts. We progressively hand the pager to your team and reduce our involvement to zero. You own it completely.
04
Optional 30–90 days. Async availability for questions and edge cases. No retainer required for basic support. Extended SLA contracts available for regulated industries.
Proof in production
We re-engineered India's leading hearing care platform with zero downtime migration and full feature parity.
Hearzap: Full Platform Re-Engineering for Hearing Aid TechnologyEverything your team needs to operate independently: source code in your repo, all secrets and credentials, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, incident playbooks, architecture decision records, monitoring dashboards, and at least three live knowledge-transfer sessions with your engineers.
You do, from day one. All work-product created during the engagement is assigned to you under the contract. We retain no license or right to reuse your codebase.
Technically yes, but we strongly advise against it. The Operate phase is where the real knowledge transfer happens. Running the system under production conditions exposes edge cases and operational nuances that no documentation can fully capture. Teams that skip it tend to struggle after handoff.
We have experience building in HIPAA and SOC 2 environments. We scope compliance requirements in the discovery phase and include relevant controls—encryption, audit logs, access management, data residency—from the start rather than retrofitting them.
BOT engagements typically run 5–7 months end-to-end and are scoped based on the complexity of the product. We don't have a fixed minimum budget, but the model is optimized for products that need a dedicated team rather than a single contractor.
Tell us what you're building. We'll scope the engagement and give you an honest assessment.
